My name is Petra Wagner. I have been self-employed in the tourism industry for over 20 years.

Born in Schwäbisch Hall, I first went abroad to New Zealand and the USA after graduating with the German Abitur. After a commercial apprenticeship, I completed a degree in tourism management (Dipl. Kffr. FH).

The start was in my student apartment as a student travel agency. Over the years we have developed into a specialist in language travel for juniors and families.

Wine has been my passion for a long time. So the idea arose to offer a new product around the topic of wine. For this I did a degree as a certified wineguide (IHK) at the teaching and research institute for viticulture and fruit growing in Weinsberg (LVWO).

With wine adventure tours, weekend getaways in wine-growing regions and wine tours, I would like to bring everything about wine closer to wine enthusiasts with passion, from cultivation to bottling of wine.

My name is Sebastian Ernst. I founded a student travel agency together with my business partner Petra Wagner while studying to be a business graduate (focus on tour operator) at the Jade University of Applied Sciences in Wilhelmshaven.

I saw the light of day in beautiful Hamburg. After graduating with the German Abitur, I first decided to train as an educator and had exciting and wonderful years in this job before I was drawn into the world of travel. It has always been my wish to be self-employed.

We have been self-employed in the tourism industry for more than 20 years and the student travel agency has developed into a specialist in language travel for juniors and families over the years.

My goal is to always stay innovative and curious and that’s how the idea for Wine & Golf Country Agency came about. Here I can wonderfully bring in my passion for golf and my fascination for Germany as a travel destination.
