The Middle Rhine wine-growing region begins in Bingen am Rhein and ends in Bonn. Along this wine route you will discover many wineries, palaces and fortresses and the world-famous 132 m high slate rock “Loreley” on a boat trip on the Rhine. Shrouded in legends and covered with myths, it is a magnet for people from all over the world.
Enjoy a spectacular panoramic view from the vantage point “Vierseenblick” high above the town of Boppard on the Rhine loop. A stroll through the historic Bacharach wine trading center with its historic alleys and secluded corners, fascinated by its many half-timbered houses, its art-historically significant churches and the proud Stahleck Castle. Enjoy top wines of the region at one of the many wineries and visit excellent vinotheques run by vintners with passion. In the historic tower of the Bopparder Weinkontor you will experience a wine tasting with 4 different wines.
In the evening you can enjoy a corresponding wine menu with regional specialties of the season.
